As the founder of Surveyors UK, I’m thrilled to share the journey and vision of our platform with you. Since our inception, the response from the surveying industry has been nothing short of incredible. Over 500 of you have registered your interest and 1000’s are following our social channels affirming the need for a dedicated space for surveyors in the UK. This overwhelming support has not only validated our mission but has also fuelled our commitment to creating a platform that serves the diverse needs of this vibrant community.
A Vision Comes to Life
Surveyors UK was born out of a simple yet profound vision: to create an online community that represents the surveying community in an unbiased and comprehensive manner. Our goal is to establish a go-to resource where industry professionals can learn, share insights, ask questions, and connect with peers. We envision a platform that not only facilitates knowledge exchange but also supports career development and business growth within the surveying industry.
The surveying profession is dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing various disciplines and expertise. Recognising this diversity, we aim to cater to surveyors at all stages of their careers, from students and newcomers to seasoned professionals. Our platform is designed to be inclusive, offering resources and forums that address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the surveying profession.

Surveyors UK is for all disciplines including quantity, rural, residential, building, land, marine, commercial and so on. Our focus for launch is around building (residential, commercial etc) and quantity surveying, but we will be rolling out resources to all disciplines as we evolve. We are also keen for industry professionals such as estate agents, conveyancers, engineers and construction to join us. We want to help foster and support cross-industry collaboration.
Launching in Phases
To ensure a smooth rollout and to incorporate feedback from our early users, we have decided to launch Surveyors UK in two stages. The first stage, set to go live at the end of May, will introduce users to the core features of our platform. This includes access to general and student-focused forums, news, and a directory of product and service companies partnering/advertising with us from launch. We believe that this initial offering will provide valuable insights and set the stage for the full launch planned for July/August.
The full launch will unveil the complete suite of features, including specialist forums, job board, CPD resources, and exclusive discounts and offers from our partners
